EZ School Registration (EZSR) is Web-enabled, user-friendly software that digitizes the student registration process. EZSR’s many benefits include time savings, cost reduction and risk mitigation associated with current means of enrolling K-12 students and managing student records.
EZSR was designed using input from school districts struggling to meet the growing challenge of maintaining and protection student information. Product development based on user input resulted in software that is user friendly and on target with the needs of all user audiences.
End to End Solution
EZSR is an end-to-end student enrollment and thus records management solution. EZSR captures student information, including hard copy documents and signatures, on the front end, then accurately stores this information in the student’s folder within a content management system. Student data can be routed (securely and with approvals), updated, transported and protected throughout the student’s education lifespan.
Easy-to-Use User Interface
The intuitive user interface (wizard) is easy enough for guardians to manage on their own, either at home or at a free-standing kiosk. Guardians are guided from one form to another. Each page has voice-over instructions to help guardians through the process. Schools can customize the voice over to include school-specific messages or instructions.
School administrators will also find EZSR easy to use. Administrators can customize fields and forms, set up reminders to assist with document tracking and create custom rules.

Document management is configured to meet the needs of the district or down to the individual school level.
Multi-Lingual
English and Spanish are standards. The screen-by-screen voice-over supports multiple languages. Your district chooses during the specification process. Districts can add languages if the student population complexion changes.
Trailing Document Management
Reminders associated with medical or other forms are automatically generated. No more setting complicated reminder systems to make sure a student’s medical forms are kept up to date and returned on time! Communicate with guardians via email!
